Delete your Grow account

How to request deletion

Email support@getgrowapp.co from the email address associated with your Grow account (or clearly identify the account email in your message). We use this to verify the request.

After we confirm your request, we will delete your Grow account and associated personal data in our systems within 30 days, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we remove or anonymize:

• Your Grow account and account identifiers we control
• Personal data we hold in our own systems in connection with your use of the Services

Deleting your account does not remove funds from any blockchain wallet you control. You remain responsible for any assets held outside our systems.

What may be retained

Some information may be kept where we are legally required or permitted to retain it, including:

• Financial, transaction, tax, anti–money laundering, and similar records
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or defend legal claims
• Data held by third-party providers (for example, identity verification services) under their own legal obligations
