HairDAO is a BioDAO focused on funding early-stage research and development for hair loss treatments. As part of the decentralized science movement, HairDAO strives to bring innovative solutions to market by generating hair loss intellectual property. Launched in November 2021, the project has already minted its first IP-NFT related to research on thyroid hormones and their impact on scalp skin. Currently, HAIR functions as a governance token, allowing holders to vote on future projects and studies.
